Tuition

Tuition is designed to cover the actual cost of educating students. Tuition encompasses the cost of academic instruction, books and materials, facility and other operational expenses.  We are committed to keeping tuition costs as low as possible while ensuring financial stability for the school and church.

2024-2025 Academic Year Tuition: 



Due at the time of (re-)enrollment is a non-refundable down payment equal to 10% of tuition. The following options are available to pay the remaining tuition balance.  Pay-in-full on or before June 30th (for a 4% remission) or pay in equal installments over ten or twelve months.  All three option amounts listed below reflect the amount due following the 10% non-refundable down payment.  Monthly installment payments are due no later than the 5th of each month.  Late fees are ascribed on the 6th of each month in the amount of $25.  In addition, multi-student discounts are available and are not reflected below.

$3,220 three full days of Kindergarten:  Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
$5,366 five full days of Grades 1-6:

$6,564 five full days of Grades 7-12

Family Tuition Rates
1st Student: Full Price
2nd Student: 25% Remission
3rd Student: 30% Remission
4th Student: 40% Remission
5th Plus: 90% off the 5th and more students

Please NOTE: If a family is delinquent at the time of withdrawal, the Academy will not release transcripts.
               
Cancellation Policy
Upon signing the tuition election form, you are agreeing with Calvary Classical Academy to fulfill your financial obligation. If you withdraw your students from the upcoming year for any reason, tuition will be due as follows:

  • Between May 1 through June 1, two month's tuition is due, along with the non-refundable down payment.
  • Between June 1 through July 31, the first semester's tuition is due.
  • After August 1, all remaining tuition is due.


Additional Expenses

In addition to tuition and fees - families are responsible for the following:
-School uniforms (see school uniform policy)
-School supplies
-Classroom supplies such as tissues and cleaning wipes
-Co-curricular and extra curricular expenses
-Field trips
